ready for a mental health glow-up?

Pssst… keep reading and let me help you with that.

Life can be pretty shitty sometimes.

If you’re reading this… it means you have been through some shit in your past, in your present, orrrrr probably both.

You feel pulled in a million different directions. You're tired, you're irritable, you're confused. You don’t feel like doing any of the things you used to LOVE doing. You just don't feel like your best self anymore - you don’t know if there even is a “best self” inside of you, and you sure don’t have the energy to try to find her. Your relationships don’t feel fulfilling, and you maybe even feel guilty or like you’re a shitty friend because you overthought that text they sent and didn’t know what to say and now it’s been 2 weeks and what the hell do you do now?! You often think:

"How am I supposed to get through this?” “I’m never going to be happy.”
“What’s wrong with me?” “Why can’t I get my shit together?”
"I'm not good enough." "Will I ever feel happy again?"
"They hate me, don’t they? I’m the worst." “I’m unloveable.”

…. Any of that sound like you?

I know how hard it is to feel like you're struggling every day, wondering if things will ever get better, if you'll ever feel whole and happy again. I have dedicated my career to helping people overcome their struggles and find balance in their life again - I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping people find peace and calm amidst the chaos… and also giving them some funny metaphors, and irreverent jokes that are probably NSFW.

I also know how scary it can be to reach out and ask for help from a therapist - you might be worried about being judged, concerned of what other people will think if they knew you were going to therapy, wondering if some complete stranger is even going to understand what you’re going through, or if they can even help. It’s a lot to process.

Being vulnerable about your feelings or the shit you’ve been through can feel like that terrible dream of being naked in front of your class coming to life!

The cool thing about therapy is that you are NOT going to be judged, ever. That’s pretty much the whole point! A therapist isn’t there to pass judgement or give you biased advice. A therapist has specialized training to help you reach the goals you want, and come to understand yourself and your situation better, in an accepting, 100% nonjudgmental space. And we’ll work through that whole vulnerability thing together. Pinky swear.

I'm glad you're here, and I truly believe that you can begin to find your peace and purpose again. I have helped many other people do just that.

Let’s talk about how to put you first. Schedule an appointment today or contact me directly for more information.
